I’m Mariah Levy, a licensed social worker atof Hyde Park Center for Healing LLC. I work with adults seeking deeper insight as they navigate the ups and downs of life. Many of my clients are outwardly high-functioning but struggle privately with anxiety, burnout, and emotional numbness. Over time, the weight of these struggles can show up as perfectionism, overthinking, procrastination, or a nervous system that constantly feels on edge.

Together, we will explore how earlier experiences may have shaped the strategies you rely on today, while building practical skills to help you feel more grounded and fulfilled in your daily life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, while honoring that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you identify patterns, offer tools, and collaborate on solutions that support your needs and goals.

My work is grounded in cultural humility. I recognize how race, gender, sexuality, disability, neurodivergence, faith, and other intersecting identities shape our experience of emotion, stress and belonging. I strive to create a space where performance is unnecessary, complexity is welcomed, and every part of you can show up unedited.
